Without evidence to provide security on the information collected, this construction is considered a great temple built by Hadrian, in honor and dedication to the Emperor Trajan; located in the highest area of the nova urbs, and surrounded by a porticoed square with exedras; occupying an area of one hectare. It counted on infinity of sculptures and was surrounded by a hundred marble columns of Eubea; porticos with exedras that housed sculptures on pedestals; statues on the surface of the esplanade; sources; the enormous temple elevated on a 29 by 47 meter podium and an altar for sacrifices, inscribed in a rectangular edicule located in front of the temple.
